Collection & Delivery

Vitasphere Online prepares your order for collection. Delivery is arranged and paid for by you – we do not charge for delivery or handle it ourselves. There is no delivery fee on this website; you pay only the price of the products.

1. Collect from our shop

Once your order is confirmed and ready, collect it from:

In the Bolt app, search for “Norland Tanzania, Mabatini” – it shows as a pickup point.

2. Send a Bolt or rider

If you cannot come in person, order a Bolt, a boda boda or any courier to collect your order from the shop and bring it to you. You pay the rider directly for transport. The cost depends on your location and the vehicle – the app or rider will tell you. We simply hand your order to whoever arrives with your order number.

3. VMAX365 drinks

VMAX365 Tea & Coffee drinks are fresh and are best collected quickly from the Shamo Tower outlet, Mbezi Beach. Order a Bolt or come in person.

4. How to arrange collection

After you place and pay for your order, call or WhatsApp +255 748 728 935. We confirm when your order is ready, and you arrange a rider or come to collect.

5. Timeframe

Orders are usually ready the same day (Monday–Friday) or the next working day. Our hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Sat 8:00 am–1:00 pm, closed Sunday.
